ULTY.GG is a service provided by VICXELCODE, S.L., whose contact details are shown above. These terms apply to the site ulty.gg, the desktop app for Windows and the mobile app (together, “the Service”). If you do not agree with them, do not use the Service.
The Service
ULTY.GG provides League of Legends statistics (tier list, builds, runes and counters), profiles and match history, patch analysis, a champion select assistant and an AI-powered coach. The desktop app supports you during champion select and in game, and the mobile app notifies you, for example, when a match is found.
Part of the Service works without an account; other features require you to sign up.
Your account
- You must meet the minimum age set out in the Privacy policy and give us accurate information.
- Your account is personal: do not share or transfer it. Keep your password safe and let us know if you think someone has accessed it.
- You are responsible for everything done with your account.
- You can ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to support@ulty.gg.
Free, Premium and Ultimate plans
The Free plan gives access to the basic features; Premium and Ultimate add features and raise the limits. No artificial intelligence feature is unlimited: each one has a daily limit depending on your plan (for example, coach reports or chat translation) and there is a monthly usage limit. If you reach it, until the following month answers come from more economical models and the live coach and chat reading are paused. The current list of features and limits is on the plans page.
Premium costs €7.99 per month or €69.99 per year, and Ultimate €14.99 per month or €129.99 per year, VAT included. Before you pay you will see the final price, the duration, the renewal terms and how to cancel, and those specific conditions will be added to these terms. If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw within 14 calendar days of purchase, unless you asked to start using the digital content before that period ends and expressly accepted that you would lose this right.
Sale, payment, renewal and cancellation. Subscriptions are sold by Stripe through Link (“Sold through Link”): Link is the seller of the purchase (merchant of record); it collects payment, calculates and handles VAT, issues receipts and invoices, and handles refunds and the right of withdrawal through its support. VICXELCODE, S.L. remains the provider of the ULTY.GG service. The subscription is paid in advance, monthly or yearly, and renews automatically at the end of each period for the same term and at the current price unless you cancel it beforehand; if we change the price, we will notify you in advance and the new price will only apply from the next renewal. You can cancel or change plan at any time from “My account › Manage subscription” or at link.com: if you cancel, it will not renew and you will keep your plan until the end of the period already paid for, which is not refunded except where the law provides otherwise (such as the right of withdrawal). If a payment fails, it will be retried for a few days and, if it is not completed, the subscription will end.
We may change the features of each plan. If a change makes what you have already paid for worse, we will notify you in advance and you will be able to cancel at no cost.
The desktop app and the game
The desktop app communicates with the League of Legends client through its local interface (LCU) and with the Live Client Data API that Riot Games provides during matches. It uses them to read information and to carry out the actions you request (for example, importing a rune page). It does not modify game files, inject code, read the game's memory or play for you.
Chat reading only captures the chat box on your screen, and only when you turn that feature on.
Some features depend on what Riot Games allows at any given time: if Riot changes its rules or asks us to limit a feature, we will limit or remove it. Your use of League of Legends is subject to Riot Games' terms, which you must comply with.
We grant you a personal, free, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and use the apps. You may not decompile or modify them except as permitted by law.
Acceptable use
When using the Service, you agree not to:
- Automate access to the Service (bots, scrapers or scripts) or extract data in bulk.
- Circumvent usage limits, quotas or Premium features, or use the ULTY.GG API outside the official apps.
- Overload or attack our systems, or try to access them or other people's accounts without permission.
- Use the Service to cheat or to break Riot Games' rules.
- Harass other players or post or send content that is unlawful, offensive or infringes the rights of others.
- Resell the Service or its content without our permission.
If you break these rules, we may limit or suspend your access, and close your account in serious or repeated cases.
AI-generated content
The coach and the translation feature use third-party artificial intelligence models (Claude, by Anthropic). Their answers are for guidance only and may contain errors: use your own judgement. We do not guarantee any outcome in your matches or your ranking.
Intellectual property
The Service and its own content belong to VICXELCODE, S.L.; League of Legends content belongs to Riot Games. Full details are in the Legal notice.

We work to keep the Service available at all times, but it may be interrupted for maintenance, because of faults or due to changes in the Riot Games API. We may modify, expand or withdraw features to improve the Service or to adapt it to the law or to Riot Games' rules.
Limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost matches or League Points, for decisions you make based on the statistics or advice, for interruptions of the Service, or for the consequences of using it in breach of these terms or Riot Games' rules.
Except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the previous 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer protection law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will publish the current version here with its review date and, if the change is significant, we will notify you in advance. If you keep using the Service afterwards, we will take it that you accept the changes; if you do not agree, you can delete your account.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Lugo (Spain), unless you are acting as a consumer, in which case the courts of your place of residence will have jurisdiction.
